Cherishing The Experiences Or Benefits Received
Quote from missions on June 13, 2018, 12:45 amThe first thing to do to retain whatever experience or benefit the Lord gave us is to continuously cherish such benefits or experiences as a mother does her sucking child (cp Isaiah 49:15; 1 Timothy 1:12-17).
We must so cherish such things that we become jealous of them, that is, we become possessively watchful, vigilant and protective of them (cp Col. 2:18; Rev. 3:11). Whether it is salvation, or sanctification, or baptism of the Holy Spirit, or healing of body/mind, or revival/renewal of spirit, or material blessings or promises for same, this rule must first apply.
